The student and interim pastor,
going by the name Jeff was assigned last September the task of talking to
a group of Boy Scouts, specifically concerning “Americanism” in higher
education. Jeff told the boys they need to “reorient” themselves to the
Constitution because such knowledge will “make or break the country.”
After tutoring the boys, Jeff was called into the university president’s
office. There he was confronted by a “man in black” wearing sunglasses
from the Department of Homeland Security who was accompanied by another
federal official in a gray suit. In addition, state police were present
during the interrogation and Jeff was told the FBI were also involved.
Jeff was informed “every word” of his conversation with the Boy Scouts was
recorded and he had a transcript of the conversation. Jeff’s talk was, the
DHS official in a gray suit declared, “terror and espionage”

library, it violated a 2006 update to the NSL authority that prevented
access of information about library patrons' activities such as what books

deems appropriate. Proponents of these measures must have forgotten the
1970s, when government controls on the oil industry resulted in gas lines
and shortages.
New Case Charges NYPD
With Illegal Stop-and-Frisks
CCR
filed a class action stop-and-frisk lawsuit on April 16, 2008 that charges
the NYPD with engaging in racial profiling and suspicion less stops and
frisks of law abiding New York City residents. According to CCR attorneys,
the named plaintiffs in CCR’s case, Floyd, et al. v. City of New York, et
al. – David Floyd, Lalit Clarkson, and Deion Dennis – represent the
thousands of New Yorkers who have been stopped without any cause on their
way to work, in front of their home, or just walking down the street,
primarily because they were men of color. CCR’s plaintiffs filed their case
because they are tired of having their rights violated; it is likely the
same for the plaintiff in NYCLU’s case
Organ Harvesting Confirmed By a Former
Detention Center Prisoner.
Recently a witness from Wuxi City,
Jiangsu Province has come forward and revealed what he discovered during
his detention in Wuxi City No.2 Detention Center. According to the
witness, many cases of organ harvesting occurred during 2002.
He was detained from 2005 to 2007
because he made opposing comments about China's unlawful control of
personal speech and media. During his imprisonment he learned that not
only death row prisoners were killed for their organs, but Falun Gong
practitioners too. For the safety of the witness's family in China, we
will not disclose his name.
President Bush last week signed into
law a bill which will see the federal government begin to screen the DNA
of all newborn babies in the U.S. within six months, a move critics have
described as the first step towards the establishment of a national DNA
database.
The bill states that the federal
government should "continue to carry out, coordinate, and expand research
in newborn screening" and "maintain a central clearinghouse of current
information on newborn screening… ensuring that the clearinghouse is
available on the Internet and is updated at least quarterly".
Sections of the bill also make it
clear that DNA may be used in genetic experiments and tests.

11-year-old girl with a Taser gun at an elementary school after the girl
punched her in the face,

County sheriff's Deputy Donna Hudepohl was called to remove Jiminez, who
pushed Hudepohl and punched her in the face, causing her nose to bleed,
according to the sheriff's office. Hudepohl attempted to secure Jiminez,
but she continued to fight, so Hudepohl shocked her with her Taser gun

Wyoming Sheriff Tells Feds To Get The Hell
Out Of His County.
The
duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law enforcement official
within a county. He has law enforcement powers that exceed that of any other
state or federal official.
This is settled law that most people are not aware of.
County sheriffs in Wyoming have scored a big one for the 10th Amendment and
states rights. The sheriffs slapped a federal intrusion upside the head and
are insisting that all federal law enforcement officers and personnel from
federal regulatory agencies must clear all their activity in a Wyoming

slavery
Thousands
of children in southwest China have been sold into slavery like "cabbages",
to work as labourers in more prosperous areas such as the booming southern
province of Guangdong
"The bustling child labor market (in Sichuan province)
was set up by the local chief foreman and his gang of 18 minor foremen, who
each manage 50 to 100 child labourers," the Southern Metropolis Newspaper
said.
Here’s a big question for you, and I
want you to seriously consider this before you go any further in this
